I placed an order and paid for delivery expecting the item to arrive within a couple of working days. I then received an email the following day to advise of a stock take and that my order would not be despatched for 6 days. I contacted Blackwood to request a refund of the postage charge as the delivery would be a lot longer than expecting considering the item was in stock, and also there was no notification on the website or at checkout of any stocktake causing a delay in delivery (or I would have ordered elsewhere as needed the order). To date I have sent 2 emails and received no reply at all. Great product, terrible customer service.
