Description USE THIS OPTION TO PAY FOR ELECTRONIC FINGERPRINTING (EFT FILE) WHEN NOT ALREADY INCLUDED WITH A PURCHASE LIVE SCAN ELECTRONIC FINGERPRINTING Live Scan is the process of capturing fingerprints electronically for submission to specific agencies, background check services or archiving. Please note that Centerfire Reserve already includes electronic fingerprinting at no additional cost for our clients when purchasing an NFA item directly from us. However, many other clients have also requested electronic fingerprints for other purposes (submitting ATF eForm 1’s, background checks for employment, etc). We are now offering this as a service for your convenience and when completed we will provide you with one .EFT file (FBI certified electronic fingerprint file format) that contains your digital prints. We no longer offer printed fingerprint cards and we do not submit your electronic fingerprints for you. We provide you with the EFT file and the rest is your responsibility. Optional: A 2″ x 2″ passport style photo can also be provided electronically (as a .JPG file) for an additional $5 when the LiveScan Electronic Fingerprint Service is purchased. **Fingerprinting is by appointment.
